Crêpes
Ingredients
For 15 crêpes
- 3 eggs
- 300g flour
- 600ml milk
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of rum (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water (optional)
- 50g of butter
Preparation
Time: 10 minutes
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Gradually add the milk, mixing well.
- Add the oil, rum, and orange blossom water.
- Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
